St Cloud is in Minnesota, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and St Cloud follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I’m a regular customer, and today I paid cash for gas. The cashier didn’t ask for my rewards card or phone number, so I missed my 10¢ per gallon discount. I only realized it after paying. The employee was very nice and suggested I register my receipt online, but that doesn’t give me the discount I should have received at the pump. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

As a truck driver, I appreciate stopping at Love’s Travel Center. The parking area is usually convenient, the lot is well organized, and it’s a good place to get some rest after a long drive. The showers are clean and comfortable, the fuel stations are easy to access, and the store has what drivers need on the road. The maintenance services are helpful when you have truck issues and need support. Overall, Love’s is a reliable stop for professional drivers. Thank you for taking care of truck drivers!

I checked in at 7:30 AM for an air leak issue. I was told that the mechanic would arrive at 12:00 PM and that they should be able to help me no later than 12:30 PM. I waited there for hours and checked back at 12:45 PM. At that point, they told me the mechanic had come and gone out on a road service call, and they didn’t know when they would be able to help me. They completely wasted my time. There was no communication or consideration for my schedule. Stay away from this place—they seem to care more about making money than providing good customer service.

Nice clean Showers. Showers are a little pricey, $18. Other than that, very clean store and friendly staff.

Love’s is one of the best travel stops on the road. The staff are always friendly, and the stores are kept clean, which is huge when you’ve been driving for hours. Restrooms are usually spotless compared to other truck stops. I love that they have a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and hot food options, plus fresh coffee at any hour. Their fuel stations are fast and reliable, and I really appreciate the free air for tires. The showers are roomy, private, and well-maintained—perfect after a long haul. The parking lots are well-lit and feel safe, which gives peace of mind if you’re stopping overnight. On top of that, they offer a good rewards program, so frequent stops really pay off. Overall, Love’s is my go-to travel stop for comfort, convenience, and great service.”
